Simple Cold Water Ayahuasca Brewing Technique

DISCLAIMER: I do not encourage you to break the law or to do anything your mother would not approve of and this guide is purely for informational purposes only. You have been warned. I am not responsible for your actions.

THINGS NEEDED:

For 1 dose of Ayahuasca

HOW IT’S DONE:

Step 1.

The water is poured into a jar.

Step 2.

The root bark is then twisted and shredded by hand as fine as possibly and then if possibly, the rootbark should be placed in a blender to completely pulverize it and it is then placed into the jar.

Step 3.

The Jar is left to sit somewhere cool for 3 – 5 days, during this time it needs to be shaken 2 -3 times a day.

Step 4.

After it’s been left to sit for a few days, the root bark should be then sieved out, either using a sieve or a piece of cloth, and then further filtered through a filter paper. Filtering the liquid through a filter paper isn’t technically necessary, but it will help eliminate the nausea and taste in leaps and bounds.

Step 5.

The liquid is then ready to be consumed and washed down with a drink such as a fruit juice to help with the taste.

Dosage onset and Duration:

Threshold: 5g
Light: 5 – 7g
Moderate: 7 – 10g
Strong: 10g +
(Dosage for the mimosa hostilis root bark)

If one were to consume ayahuasca, they would need to start off with a low dose, and work their way up.

Onset: 20 minutes – 4 hours
Duration: 2 – 6 hours
Normal After Effects up to 8 hours

Consumption

The Syrian rue, needs to be taken 15 - 20 minutes before the root bark is swallowed and can be consumed by simply washing the seed matter down with a teaspoon and a drink.

The Syrian rue can also be placed into gelcaps if this is preferable.

Precautions

Syrian rue is an RIMA meaning dietary restrictions can be largely ignored as syrian rue does not contain an MIAO, although it is advisable not to consume large quantities of alcohol or tyramine containing foods.

Although RIMAs are generally safer than MAOIs, they still have highly dangerous interactions when combined with almost any antidepressant or stimulant, as it can cause serotonin syndrome or hypertensive crisis.

An experiment in the use of LSD on autistic schizophrenic children

Since the hallucinogenic properties of D-lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD-25) were accidentally discovered by Hoffman in 1943 there has been wide experimentation with the drug designed to test its properties both as a psychotomimetic and as a therapeutic agent. It has been considered by some investigators as having great value in revealing the nature of the schizophrenic state and thereby advancing the understanding that leads to progress in therapy. However, other investigators, while acknowledging the undoubted psychic effects of the drug, insist that the LSD experience cannot be equated with naturally occurring psychosis. (fn 1) It is not the first psychopharmaceutical agent to be used as an adjunct to psychotherapy; most of its predecessors were greeted with equal enthusiasm by some because of their action in unlocking the gates of repression and thus leading to disinhibition and catharsis. In fact, according to Hoch, careful studies of a large number of patients who were under the influence of different drugs did not reveal any marked specificity as to the use of those different agents. He describes mescaline and LSD as essentially anxiety-producing drugs which, because of their magnification of the patient’s symptomatology and the accompanying increase in anxiety and fear of loss of ego integration, may lead to the release of repressed material. These same qualities may be responsible for the precipitation of overt psychosis in borderline cases. (fn 3)

However, the facilitation of psychotherapy with these agents is by no means uniform. Variations in response to them by different patients may be due to metabolic as well as psychological and social factors, and the attitude of the psychotherapist who employs these adjuvants has been recognized as subtly or not so subtly influencing the results obtained. While the therapeutic value of LSD in the treatment of psychoneurotic patients has been accepted with greater or less enthusiasm by various investigators, its value in the treatment of the psychoses has been considered much more questionable. In fact, by 1954, there seemed to be fairly general agreement that it provided little opportunity for genuine progress in the treatment of schizophrenics. This group of patients was found to be markedly resistant to the drug and relatively higher doses than for normal or neurotic subjects were necessary to produce any effects. Nevertheless, some striking temporary changes were observed in the behavior of schizophrenics who had been given LSD.

In a study of 18 schizophrenic patients, Busch and Johnson 4 reported that excitation was the outstanding effect of LSD administration. This group moved and talked more than usual and showed greater interest and emotion.

Patricio Dominguez: DMT

The word “Ayahuasca” refers to a medicinal and magical drink incorporating two or more distinctive plant species capable of producing profound mental, physical and spiritual effects when brewed together and consumed in a ceremonial setting.

One of these plants is always the giant woody vine called ayahuasca (Banisteriopsis caapi). The other plant or plants combined with ayahuasca generally contain tryptamine alkaloids, most often dimethyltryptamine (DMT). The plants most often used are the leaves of chacruna (Psychotria viridis).

Additional plants may be added to this basic two- or three-plant mixture. One report lists 55 different plant species that have reportedly been used as ayahuasca “admixture plants,” and another lists more than 120. Whatever plants the drink may have in addition to ayahuasca, the drink is still called Ayahuasca.

The video above hits on something I find very interesting. These Shamans of Peru recommend that if 2 months have passed and you haven’t done something ie ayahuasca, mushrooms ect then you absolutely must! It is the way of cleansing the mental, spiritual and physical body and reconnecting back the Earth Mother according to Shamans.

FLUORIDE: Calcifier of the pineal gland

Research published in 2001 showed that fluoride (F) deposits in the pineal gland with age and is associated with enhanced gland calcification. Eleven aged cadavares were dissected and their pineal glands assayed:

“There was a positive correlation between pineal F and pineal Ca (r = 0.73, p<0.02) but no correlation between pineal F and bone F. By old age, the pineal gland has readily accumulated F and its F/Ca ratio is higher than bone.” Source

What Is The Pineal Gland?

The pineal gland is a small endocrine gland in the vertebrate brain, and is sometimes called the “third eye” as it is a light sensitive, centrally-located organ with cellular features resembling the human retina.

One article describes the role of the pineal gland in more technical terms here:

“The role of the nonvisual photoreception is to synchronise periodic functions of living organisms to the environmental light periods in order to help survival of various species in different biotopes” Source

The pineal gland is best known for its role in producing the hormone melatonin from serotonin (triggered by the absence of light) and affects wake/sleep patterns and seasonal/circadian rhythms. Like a tiny pea-sized pine cone it is located near the center of the brain, between the two hemispheres and is a unique brain structure insofar as it is not protected by the blood-brain-barrier. This may also explain why it is uniquely sensitive to calcification via fluoride exposure.

Simple Guide To Brewing Ayahuasca

DISCLAIMER: I do not encourage you to break the law or to do anything your mother would not approve of and this guide is purely for informational purposes only. You have been warned. I am not responsible for your actions.

THINGS NEEDED:

For 1 dose of Ayahuasca

HOW IT’S DONE:

Step 1

The mimosa hostilis root bark is pulverized and shredded into a stringy/powdery consistency, the finer the root bark the better.
This is done by either using a coffee grinder, or using a blender, or just twisted and shredded by hand works too.

Step 2

The stainless steel pot is then filled with roughly about 400ml of water and 4 tablespoons of vinegar. The root bark should be submerged into the water and brought to a slow simmer, not boiled, (the lowest setting on the cooker should be used for this) excessive heat will destroy alkaloids.

Optional but recommended: Once most of the water in the pot has evaporated, more water can be added 2 or 3 or more times to continue the brewing process as the longer it brews the more potent the ayahuasca will be, but if one were stuck for time, more root bark can be added instead.

Optional: For multiple doses of ayahuasca, they can all be brewed in the same pot, and the liquid can be then separated afterwards to save a lot of time.

Step 3

Before the water has simmered down to about ¾ of the way down, the root bark should be taken out of the water and left to cool. Once the root bark has cooled down enough, the liquid should be squeezed out of the root bark back in to the pot and the root bark should be discarded of. The water is then further evaporated and what should be left is a small amount of a purple/brown coloured liquid enough to fill a shot glass. Before pouring the liquid out of the pot, egg whites should be added to help eradicate the purge, they will soak up the tannins but not the DMT. The egg whites should then be sieved out of the water once they have hardened and solidified , this step will reduce nausea in leaps and bounds and will change the Ayahuasca from the consistency of a foul sludge to the consistency of milk.

Step 4

Syrian rue seed matter can be prepared in the same way as the root bark if preferred but the easiest way to prepare Syrian rue is to simply stuff it into empty gel capsules.

If the gel cap technique is used, only 1 gram of Syrian rue is needed and not 2g, or the seeds can simply just be washed down with some fruit juice and swallowed.

Step 5

This takes practice.

Dosage onset and Duration:

If one were to consume ayahuasca, they would need to start off with a low dose, and work their way up.

Onset: 20 minutes – 4 hours
Duration: 2 – 6 hours
Normal After Effects up to 8 hours

CONSUMPTION

The Syrian rue, needs to be taken 15 minutes before the root bark if swallowed in liquid form, if the Syrian rue is consumed in gel cap form (the easier route of administration) then it needs to be taken roughly 20-30 minutes before the root bark.

Until you have gained its trust Ayahusca is not a recreational drug. You are a guest in its house, be polite or it will destroy you.

Funfact: I’ve cooked meals more complex than this and I can’t cook for shit.
