This needs to be spoken about over and over because so few are aware of how vitally important this message is. Your body needs to be in a healthy alkalized state! You can only have cancer, candida, diabetes, obesity, parasites, and diseases of almost every kind when your body is acidic. I feel most diseases can be healed when the body is given the proper diet and proper conditions. Dr. Leonard Coldwell is one doctor who has proven this by curing 92% of his cancer patients with proper diet and natural methods like oxygen therapy, baking soda, green juices, raw foods…. The other 8% who did not heal was because they had gone through the typical medical practices first with chemo, prescription drugs etc.
If your body is alkalized and detoxified, you give it the very best possible environment to heal itself naturally and to prevent diseases of every kind. Animal products, excess grains, especially wheat, roasted nuts, sugar, coffee, processed foods, pesticides, chemicals and stress will make the body acidic. You actually need to make about 75-80% of your diet alkalizing foods like fruits, vegetables and soaked nuts and seeds. The more raw, the better because cooking foods is more acidic and mucous forming than raw foods.
I’ve often stated this fact many times. It takes 35 glasses of highly alkalized water with a PH of about 8 or 9 to remove the acids from just one can of pop! Why on earth you ever touch the stuff? Alcohol is a poison to the body and is a pure sugar and very acid forming as well. If you suffer from chronic pain or disease of any kind, why are you ignoring this basic information? Animal products are highly acidic. Why do most of you believe they are good for you? They are a terrible food! Animal food is an enormous waste and strain on our natural resources. Calorie for calorie, you get more digestible protein in beans than in beef. You need half as much protein when you eat raw plants because your body is able to digest it better.
Plant proteins are superior. The fast food restaurants and the meat, dairy and egg board have brainwashed you all so well. They are feeding you a bunch of misinformation and bullshit.( yes, all burgers have bullshit in them) All protein comes from amino acids found in plant foods. Let me say that again. ALL PROTEIN COMES FROM AMINO ACIDS IN PLANT FOODS LIKE FRUIT, VEGETABLES, GRAINS, SEEDS, AND NUTS. You don’t need animal products. Giving them up will greatly help you alkalize the body and heal you, provided you replace them them lots of vegetables and fruits.
Remember when they used to tell you to put butter on a blistering burn? Wasn’t that bad advice! There will hopefully come a time when the greediness and ignorance of the animal food industry and big pharma will be put out of power and the real health giving information will be taught. A vegan diet with lots of raw plants and natural remedies is the most healthiest of all to keep disease away.
